Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reloader's Bench ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Continued use of the Service following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit load data that is knowingly dangerous, inaccurate, or exceeds safe operating pressures
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Service by automated means
• Reproduce or redistribute commercial reloading manual data without authorisation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

3. User-Generated Content

Members may submit reloading load data, range session notes, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Reloader's Bench a non-exclusive licence to store and display it as part of the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and safety of any load data you submit. Reloader's Bench reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these terms, is reported as dangerous or inaccurate, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate at our discretion.

4. Safety Disclaimer

Reloading ammunition is an inherently dangerous activity. Always consult published, professionally verified reloading manuals before loading any cartridge.

Load data on Reloader's Bench is user-contributed and has not been independently verified for safety or accuracy. Reloader's Bench makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, safety, or accuracy of any data on the Service. Use of any load data is entirely at your own risk.

Reloader's Bench, its owners, and contributors shall not be liable for any injury, death, property damage, or other loss arising from the use or misuse of information obtained from the Service.

5. Accounts

You must create an account to access member features. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your login credentials secure. Accounts are personal — do not share your credentials with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscription tiers are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

7. Termination

Reloader's Bench reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or otherwise harm the Service or its community. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
